CSC COVID-19 Rental Relief Program

Due to high need and volume of applications, please expect delays in response times. Thank you.

CSC is providing a COVID-19 Rental Relief Program with funding provided through Oregon Community and Housing Services, from the Rental Relief funding package. If you do not qualify for this assistance program, you can still contact us to be assessed for eligibility for other CSC housing programs. This program starts May 18.

In addition to the income guidelines, to qualify for the CSC COVID-19 Rental Relief Program, you must:

  • Be living in Linn, Benton or Lincoln County
  • Be a renter
  • Been impacted by job/income loss due to COVID-19
  • Not received rental assistance from CSC in the past 24 months, or anyone in your household

Please note: Anyone who meets criteria can apply, however, priority will be given to applicants from the industries with the highest rates of unemployment in our communities – food production, food service, and hospitality.
