The “Second Chance” Program is designed to help prospective renters overcome obstacles which prevent them from obtaining housing. Consisting of six classes taught by qualified instructors from the community, a participant will learn new skills in landlord tenant issues; conflict resolution; energy education; money management; goal setting; and how to be a good tenant.
