When we started planning our 10th Anniversary Celebration, no one could have foreseen our current reality and the devastation of this pandemic. Unfortunately, after much discussion with our team and the uncertainty of summer events, we have come to the somber decision that we must cancel the Barrel to Keg Relay for 2020. Barrel to Keg started as a fundraiser for Community Services Consortium (CSC) and has grown into a beloved event in the running community and continues to be a way to raise funds for the wonderful work CSC does for our communities.
We appreciate your support of our event and want to offer your full registration fee back to you (minus the Get Me Registered processing fee). We would also like to offer you the opportunity to donate your 2020 registration fees to support CSC. Or you can make a separate donation on your own at communityservices.us/get-involved.
During this time, CSC remains committed to providing quality, essential services and assistance to those in need in our community. They continue to offer nearly all their programs and services by phone, email and virtual Zoom meetings. Emergency services still being offered to current and new clients include; Housing programs, utility assistance and Linn Benton Food Share. The services CSC provides are needed now more than ever and they rely on the generous support of our community to help close the gap when funding and grants fall short. All of your donations go directly back into the community to help our neighbors. Especially in times of emergencies and immediate needs, donations are the most effective way to support the essential services offered by CSC. Your donation is tax deductible.
