Philomath food pantry sees sharp increase after SNAP benefits ended

Philomath Community Services helps the area in a variety of ways, providing clothing, a community garden, holiday assistance and more.

Since additional pandemic-related SNAP benefits ended in early March, they say their food bank has seen a substantial increase in use.

Philomath Community Services is also part of a larger network of food banks that are all linked to the Linn Benton County Food Share, which is the largest food bank in the area.
