The lobby is very clean, and the lady at the window is a sweetheart. The staff are very helpful, even if you don't meet the criteria for their program, they will give you other resources and places in the community that could help or point you in the direction on the path you need. It's most definitely a 5-star experience.

They had me in and out quickly. Filled out an application for energy assistance, talked with energy assistance, and was sent on my way with a pledge of payment to my power bill, all within 20 minutes? So grateful.

I am a certified executive manager today because of the help I received from the Community Services Consortium. They helped me find temporary housing, assisted me with my utilities, then they helped me enroll in classes that I needed to obtain my security license. They even helped me with my first uniform I needed to start my new job.
